Product Designer
About this Role
As our first dedicated designer, you'll shape the visual language and interaction patterns for Provn. You'll work closely with engineering (we ship fast) and directly with customers to understand their needs. The design system exists — you'll evolve it.
What You'll Do
Design new features from concept to pixel-perfect implementation specs
Evolve and maintain the Provn design system (navy/teal palette, component library)
Design consumer-facing experiences (QR scanner, review forms, public profiles)
Design agent-facing dashboard (data-dense UIs, settings, analytics)
Conduct user research and usability testing with agency customers
Create marketing assets (landing page sections, email templates, social graphics)
What We're Looking For
4+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company
Expert Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping, variables)
Strong portfolio showing both consumer and B2B dashboard design
Experience designing mobile web experiences (responsive, not just desktop)
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Ability to work in code — basic HTML/CSS/Tailwind understanding
Nice to Have
Experience with design systems at scale
Motion design skills (Lottie, CSS animations)
Background in marketplaces or review platforms
Experience designing for European markets
